Johnny Cooper from ARKANSAS driving trucks licensed in SOUTH DAKOTA soliciting in rural Missouri

He showed up and asked questions about property that needed to be painted. I told him no and to leave a card on the porch. He knocked on the door and got my mother to answer and weaseled her into letting He and his "son" paint the grain bin. He wanted $1200...my mother talked him down to $750. I looked at the trucks. They have trucks licensed in SOUTH DAKOTA. I asked to see his driver's license. He is from ARKANSAS. I asked him why he had trucks from South Dakota. He said that he had kinfolks in South Dakota and they made him license the trucks there. They did not do a good job painting the bin and complained about the hard labor that took 15 minutes. I am extremely upset that he took advantage of my mother. I told them to never come back here again.

A man keeps stopping by my barn. I live in Springfield, MO off the highway. He offered $560 to spray paint my barn. He says it usually is $1,000. He gave me a business card that seems strange. It doesn't have a business name and it says "commercial spray panting". He says his name is Johnny Cooper. He pulled up in my driveway and started honking the horn. He said this is an "end of the year" special and he "had some extra paint left over and he could give me a good deal". I called the ScamPulse.com for help. He said he would be back today or Thursday.
