We agreed on a price and I paid $300 as a down payment until the parts arrived. Then the shipping company contacted me and said they wanted another $500 for insurance. They said that all but $18 would be refunded when the part arrived. This is when I knew it was a scam and demanded a refund. I have not received a refund from the scammer.
