My name is Johnson Robert, I am 52years old and i am Independent Art curator and i travel a lot my company sells art works, and also buy ideas, Artifacts, antics and materials from ancient cities and we have got so many clients as companies, individuals and governmental institutions and private museums.I have been pretty successful in my businesses, I get involved in several art businesses in United States & Canada. I'm most very often get my hands occupied, so it is imperative for me to have a worthy personal assistant.
And i am looking for someone that can be trusted, reliable, and ready to work with good understanding as an Administrative Assistant Personnel.You will be needed to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner so we need someone who is able to execute those tasks promptly.
I am constantly out of town and presently in Calgary Alberta, Canada. I will return to the states next two weeks so this process will be on going till then. If you don't mind, I will meet up with you and arrange a formal interview.
As an Administrative Assistant Personnel, your activities among other things will include;
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sort and verify bank transactions.
• Verify keying of data and correct errors.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Running personal errands.
• Work independently without much supervision.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
** Sign Up Bonus: $400.00
** Hours: 8-10 Hours Weekly
** Days: 2-3 days Weekly
You will undergo an immediate trial/test on honesty and your integrity as you will be handling both financial and personal effects, so if you are interested kindly get back to me.
