I was offered the job of a personal assistant through Zip Recruiter and the scammer wanted my banking information and wanted to send me a package containing some sort of funds for my first task. He told me he would pay me $500 a week to do this job and that I would be send the money. I asked for a contract and he did not respond, I asked for his phone number and the business he works for and he gave me a google number and a business name Johnson Specialized Transportation which is a company in New Jersey. I called said company and they never heard about that job or have spoken to anyone associated with Georgia. The phone number he gave me is never answered when called and even after leaving two voicemails I never got an answer. It is highly suspicious if someone is willing to send you money without ever even meeting you in person or doing a background check on you.
