Told me if I were to send him $38 that he would then do a CashApp flip so that way he would send me $4,500. He said that the process would take a few hours because I sent it on PayPal. So I said okay and that I’d be back in a few hours to see if he sent the payment. To no surprise of my own, he blames me for his cash app and PayPal for being “locked” so he couldn’t send or accept any money. So after fighting and fighting with him to request my money back to no luck, I just had enough and blocked him. PayPal wouldn’t even help me get my money back.
