getsmoot was a subsidiary company of johnsonsgadgets it has taken money, from many many people and closed its email so no one can complain or get their money or product. I ordered and paid for ShineX a product they advertised which now I know doesn't exist this Company of Johnsons gadgets wants shutting down or stopping as many people are getting robbed

Hello, this company i had ordered on September 8, 2020. I still have not received my order. Every time I email them, it's something like: we lost your training order, we lost the product, we can't send you a refund. I work hard like everyone else and if you can't deliver, you could at least send my refund back. They are quick to take your money and hard to deliver.

As with MANY people I ordered this back in March 2020 with a delivery time of 12 - 24 DAYS! Corresponded MANY times asking for a refund. After 2 months of no information on the packages, I contacted the company by email and phoned to request a refund. The product 'commercial' shows an aerosol spray being used. I received a 200 ml bottle of liquid, a spray attachment and a thank you card that offers a percentage off my 'next' order. The charge was made immediately to my card. NEVER received the product until today - August 28, 2020. Only emails stating the order was lost and tracking information (from packages not found EVER) was included, but I could receive a percentage off my existing order and a percentage off other orders. It takes guts to present potential savings on future products when the original one hadn't been received for months, and then resembles a bottle of childrens bubbles. I am completely disgusted by this company and the representatives for them. Can you say fraud, fraud and fraud?
The only address I have in regards to the product is from a Vivien Wei (the name was Wei Vivien, however, Asians place the surname first and then the given name last) from 2130 e Del Amo Blvd, Compton, CA 90220.

I ordered this product on June 20 2020 on Johnsons Gadgets website. Today is July 24 and all I get on my order # 130764 is "These items have not been shipped yet". They posted my charge of $25.98 on June 22 2020. This includes a $5.99 "Shipping" charge. I believe this company is a scam and because the amount of money is small they are banking on us consumers to just right it off. Their website is still offering the same product today.

I placed an order through PayPal and never received any items!! I got a bogus delivery notification. Supposedly shipped from a China post and delivered through USPS. NO SUCH DELIVERY. I HAVE SECURITY CAMERA AND NO DELIVERY EVER TOOK PLACE!!
