“John Stacy” emailed me about an invitation for a job offer as a remote assistant then he texted me on my phone number. Gave me an “interview” through text after he missed the called interview I was supposedly scheduled for. Got “hired” filled out an I-9 form unfortunately. Then he wanted me to open a bank account with either Citibank or chase for my direct deposit. He’s also having me do like 1 assignment every 3 days like hotel surveys for his associates to stay in and homes for sale for a project we supposedly have coming up. Researched EVERYTHING after that bank thing. Found it was a scam.
