Hearing from others on a reddit thread discussion on this company It occurs after registering the card online. They know the card number and expiry, and that it's activated and the balance. And the money dissapears so fast. Plus you conveniently can't reach them to dispute a charge because the recording keeps saying you need to register the card, even though you have. There is no email to contact. Only phone or letter mail.
