I was thrilled to find a unique pair of Nike's on this website. After reading the return policy on the website, I ordered two pairs in different sizes. My plan was to return the one the pair that didn't fit. The boxes were shipped separately. (not unusual). The shoes looked great. Then I noticed the tag was already falling off one of them. (unusual). In order to initiate the return, I sent an email to [email protected]. "Jenrifer" Garner replied (one clue). I explained I bought two, with the intent of returning one. "She" just didn't get it. I had to explain this three times, in three separate emails. (another clue that something was off). "Her" responses were grammatically incorrect. She stopped responding after the last message I sent when I asked if they sold "fake Nike products". This was an expensive lesson.
