Product advertised was not what was received. Attended to get a refund based on their return policy. Met with refusal and told I had to pay to ship items back before getting a refund. Then offered 10% refund to keep the item. Not good business and falsified their return policy on line.

Ordered 3 rings that were marked as tungsten carbide and what I got was cheap aluminum imitations that where made of 2 layers glued together.
