Reaches out via text - says he has project for you and emails all details for quote
He said that he just bought a house and that he was moving there from Maryland. He needed flooring in 2 rooms and that I would ultimately get access to the house from the person delivering the floors. He gave me all of the exact dimensions from the listing of a recently sold house.
Then he explained exactly how he would pay.
"My measurements are accurate, but I know the price may change after getting into the house so I will pay 50% upfront and balance upon completion just to make sure it works for both of us in case there are changes in labor price after starting the job, the changes will be fixed in the balance payment"
I don't understand the scam, but I know it to be a scam, because this name and number have been previously submitted here.
Luckily I am out no money.
