Jonathan from Jonathan Rodriguez Home Improvement came to the home and completed work in the bathroom upstairs and started to work on the bathroom in the basement. He requested funds to purchase materials to complete the basement bathroom. Once he was given the money, $1,750, he made dates to return to complete the work but he never showed. Calls, text and voice notes were made to his phone at (267) 285-3882 with no answer or return text or call. I spoke to him once and he stated he forgot about me but would be out within the week to complete the work. After his conversation he stopped answering his phone again. I requested the return money a few times in PayPal but the money was not returned. I also tried emailing [email protected].
