I johnaton Morena on Tinder a dating website in May about May 21, 2023. He said he was working with the department of defense DOD. He said he was a Jone pilot engineer he said he was a supervisor and he had five agents working with him he told me he was widowed for five years his wife died in a terrible car accident and his daughter died from Covid in 2020. He told me his granddaughter and his mother lived in Greece and he was the only one here in the United States. He said he lived close by to where I lived , but he was in a apartment that was secured by the government that I couldn’t visit him because they were cameras because of the work that he did for the DOD. We continue to talk on texting soon after meeting him on Tinder we text and call each other many times throughout the day , he knew very quickly of my situation that I was recently divorced and looking for love, and very vulnerable as a 63 year old woman I opened up my heart to him. I told him all about my family, my children and my grandchildren he knew about my financial situation as well , he profess that he cared about me and not me very much always sending me love messages with stay on the phone with me in the night sing to me to go to sleep. He told me how much he loves me and how he wanted to marry me and buy a house for me, and he would take care of all my children , he promised that when he came home, he always said the word when I come home I am going to buy a new home for you and pay off your house and take care of all your children. Eventually, he told me that there was a contract that he was working on for Joam materials and the contract. For some reason there was a problem he couldn’t get all the materials from China and he had to pay for the couple of the containers that were lost at sea , so we had to take out loans to pay for the containers from another lady. Eventually I gave him money because I felt sorry for him and I was in love with him. I thought he was my one true love I thought he was in love of my life I wrote a song for him because we sing to each other many times and I love the music he totally took my heart and when it was time when I gave him the final 5000 that I wired to him and we were supposed to meet at a hotel, he sent me a picture of him being arrested by FBI agents the day that we were supposed to meet I was shocked I was speechless my whole body felt like it was falling apart. I told my children about it finally and my son realize that it was all a scam. I was able to get back $5000 that was wired at the very end but I could not get back the $25,000 that I sent him in money order back in September of this year 2018 he would always tell me not to tell my children or anyone in my family, because when he comes home, he was going to surprise us with a big house so it was going to be a secret to my family and into my children that he was that he wanted to give to my family so he told me not to tell them because they would be so happy when he comes home to me and we would be married all of this. I realize just a lie so he could get my money, he completely broke my heart and broke the trust between me and my children and my family , he left me with incredible dad that I have to get two more jobs. Now I’m working three jobs in order to pay my bills.
