Type of a scam Online Purchase
This is a scam business. It says on there website 2-5 days shipping after customization orders. It still hasn't arrived after Over 3 weeks. It sat in China for days and days and then sat in LA for days. Then they tell me after the fact it is 3-4 Weeks to arrive and refuse any retribution. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will report it on my credit card as fraud. Also reviews on the shop app will reflect this scamming business and google search. They have completely ruined a very special occasion. They say they can’t refund but I am a business owner. There is always a way to refund. I would give zero stars if I could. They scammed me out if $146.00. I am heartbroken that they have ruined this special occasion for my son and his friends.
