As soon as I ordered I received the same email as other users with a Paypal receipt that looked suspicious. I also received a second receipt from another email address with the actual details of the transaction. Both had different email and since I didn't use paypal, I became very suspicious. I googled the company and it said it was based in Georgia. I google mapped the address in Georgia and found it was an area with warehouses, but still something seemed "off". Within 30 minutes I emailed them to cancel my order, as the website said cancellations were allowed within 24 hours. 2 days later I received an email (time stamped in the middle of the night US Central Time) stating that it was too late and the order had shipped. The original receipt said due to the pandemic delivery timeframes may vary. It said 7-14 days originally. 2 weeks passed and nothing. Every week til 30 days later, I kept sending emails to their support email: [email protected] - and they kept stating due to the pandemic they are experiencing delays, blah blah blah. It took over 30 days to receive THE 1ST SHIPMENT. Hand sanitizer and wipes arrived. Needless to say the wipes are a joke. Less than paper thin (you can actually see thru the fibers) and the squares are about the size of a 3x4 picture, maybe less, so you have to use more. Then 2 weeks later I receive the booties refills for the dispenser, but no dispenser. I have emailed them 3 times since the last shipment to tell them I'm still waiting for the bootie dispenser and their response is "it's been shipped. check your order". I asked for proof that it was shipped and no response.
This is clearly a scam preying on the needs of the pandemic. The website ordered from was: Coolpes.com

I am posting this as an alert to anyone who is considering ordering from this site. JUST DON"T.
