I purchase a pair of shoes from the website and they never sent them

my daughter was shopping for shoes, she found this website JORDAN - jordanemart.com, she placed the order for 96.00 for a pair of tennis shoes. Guaranteed delivery in 10 - 20 days. Needless to say they never showed up! there is no phone number and the address is fake too. It states to send an email with any comments or concerns, I have sent many and no response. I have checked out scam concerns on-line, its a new scam so there is nothing. There was no receipt and the money cleared the next day with the name CHRISTOPHER WILKE.
