I bought from this website assuming it was bath and body works they got from me was$43 no way to contact such person.

scammer posted on facebook under bath and body works clearence sale it looked loget had a secure emblem i ordered 42.71 dollars of items and the amount was taken out ofmy bank jan 4th 2024 as of today never receiced my items and when i tried to find where the money went my bank has it posted to a josephhegam but that site comes up dog stuff not bath and body stuff how do i get my money back

I found the ad on Facebook and it was a Bath and Body Works New Year 2024 sale. It had an additional link to it which appeared to be a Bath and Body Works website. I ordered a bunch of hand soaps and body washes, at a great price. Unfortunately it didnt turn out that way because it never arrived at my house. I ordered on 12/31/23. They gave a support email that i emailed twice but got NO reply:   [email protected]. The order number they gave me was 24010107203746 but is fake.

It was an ad on Facebook for Bath and Body Works. I ordered candles and the total came to $50.63. The website looked legit with the security lock. The next day I saw a pending debit from my account to josephhegan.com not to Bath and Body Works which immediately sent up a red flag. There was a # next to the name but when you call, it doesn't go through. When I looked up the website, josephhegan.com, it shows pet products not candles, lotions, etc. I contacted my bank to let them know I believed I was scammed but the payment already went through so I am trying to dispute it now. Once the payment went through there was a reference # not a phone #. The phone # was a Colorado #.
