My wife and I found a contractor who paid for flooring in Nov.2023 for a basement renovation. We repaid him back by Jan. 11, 2023. As of Feb 23, 2024, we don't have the flooring. I made numerous attempts to contact him to deliver the flooring. After his avoidance and sketchy answers, I requested a refund to which I had to get from the flooring supplier. He wouldn't give me the name of the supplier as it's a "private" supplier. He asked me to wait a week which I did. I texted and called him all day for the name of the supplier and he has not responded.
