Spouse inquired about parts for side-by-side through fb messenger. Consumer provided cash app username to send payment. Payment was sent to ******* via cash app in the amount of $200. Consumer was notified by messenger and sent receipt of payment. Consumer provided tracking number for package. tracking information stated on old due to discrete package. Return contact info: **** ***** ******* ************* ********* ******* **** ******** ** ** ***** ******** ******* ***** ****** and they stated an insurance fee of $200 is required before package can be shipped and is 95% refundable.

Cash app transaction was reported and under review until 12/8/22. ******* ************ has not responded or issued refund.

Consumer will not respond about package or refund. ******************************
