Joshua Terry fraudulently lied to me and conned me, Opal Handy, a 72 yrs. old female out of $5,000 from my social security money that pays my property taxes that are due now. Also, I did not know that Joshua Terry had a prior theft felony conviction. I did send him a certified demand letter on September 8, 2023to give me my $5000 back but no luck. He formed a new company during that same period with the Secretary of State named JT Solar Solutions, LLC. He targeted me with gaslighting and manipulatively emotionally abusive communication when he was the general manager with Energy In Life, LLC and Manager with Conservative Solar of America, LLC. I did not owe Joshua any money while volunteering my time and intellectual resources at Energy In Life, LLC. I WAS NOT an EIL Energy Broker, Board Member or a Salary Employee with EIL. Please help me get my $5,000 money back from Joshua Terry a SCAM ARTIST WHO TARGETED TO HURT ME INSTEAD OF MEDIATING HIS GRIEVANCE with THE ENERGY IN LIFE. LLC MANAGEMENT WHO HE HAD THE DISPUTE WITH. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS CON ARTIST! I DO HAVE MY BURDEN OF PROOF DOCUMENTATION!
