I purchased 6 items from an online website on December 7, 2023. These were clothing items that were to be Christmas gifts for my daughter. I emailed the company multiple times requesting an update and was consistently told that my order had been shipped. Here is the tracking number I received showing it was shipped from China- 4PX tracking number: ******************. I finally received a package from USPS on Feb 3, 2024 (tracking # **************************), which originated in Jamaica, NY. The 3 items contained in this package were not any of the 6 items for which I purchased. Some were similar, but in no ways were any of them the items that I purchased. The package that I received the items in had the following return address on it- "Jane 3 Lincoln Dr. Fairfield, NJ 07004." I emailed the company and they asked for photos of the items I received. I provided photos to them. I had to email them again for a response to my photos. They then responded with the following, "Regrettably, due to the ongoing global supply chain disruptions, we're experiencing limitations in processing returns at this time." I consistently requested to make a return and they only responded stating the above. There website says the following in regard to returns, "If you wish to initiate a return, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to do so. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept return requests." There is no phone number on their website. I've requested a call, but no one has called me. My purchase totaled $243 and I have yet to receive one item that I purchased. Today (02/06/2024) I will pay out-of-pocket to return the 3 incorrect items that I received - to the above address (Jane- 3 Lincoln Dr. Fairfield, NJ 07004) that was on the package. I am a huge online shopper and supporter of our economy. I have never in my life experienced a business that completely ignores my request for a return of incorrect items, a call, or to provide any assistance at all. Instead (as previously stated) they responded with the following, "Regrettably, due to the ongoing global supply chain disruptions, we're experiencing limitations in processing returns at this time." Not only did I receive 3 incorrect items, but I ordered 6! And, lastly- the postage on the package received states, "Parcel, Select, U.S. Postage Paid Permit No. 59761 Washington DC eVS".
