Website seemed legit, at first. I purchased a gazebo on 5/10 and it never showed up. I couldn't reach them via phone. Online chat advised that it would be shipped a week later and then they stopped responding. I have no product and its August. I reported as fraud to my cc but i have another charge from them today 8/5.

The website shows low prices on many popular products, I ordered and never received shipping information. The phone number is fake and they don't respond to emails. Never sent my product and I'm out $399.00

I searched for a Pull Behind Mower Deck and saw one advertised as DR Field and Brush Mower x 1. I made the purchase with my credit card. I checked for the status of my purchase and it came up as a Joweba purchase, I checked my credit card and there was a charge made by Quantum Assets and I searched Quantum Assets and found out it was a scam. I notified my credit card company and they said the money had already been credited back into my account, but it hadn't posted to my account yet. I then called and had that credit card account closed so no further charges could be made. The product advertised was from a reputable company and was much cheaper than other products they sold, so if it is to good to be true, it probably is !

I was looking at the Joweba Website.

I saw a Mini Bike that I liked.

I order it on May 16 2025

I've tried calling and calling but no one answers the phone.

I think the number is a fake number.

I've tried to get help with a live agent it says they have one but got nowhere.

I've tried the email on the website and but no answer either.

I haven't gotten any answer from them no matter how I've tried but no answer from the Company.

I've tried everything I could but no answer back from the Company.

It shows the name of the online agent is Rebecca Thompson.

My order # 21432

It shows the Joweba

The address that's on website is

Looking online for a Honda Lawnmower. Found one on Joweba website. Ordered April 28,2025. Joweba charged my credit card May 1, 2025. I received e-mail that my order was received, no delivery date noted. Today is May 20,2025. No mower!!!!! I have checked the website for tracking info, which continues to say " PROCESSING". They cannot be reached via their Chat box, their e-mail, or their phone number. Verizon says, number not valid, please check the number, and try again. I did, not reachable. Their Website appears legit. It is NOT! I am now seeing You-Tube notices of their scamming. I spoke with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, when I explained my situation, the gentleman to whom I was speaking, asked if it was a company named Joweba. He then informed me that they get 15-20 calls a week concerning this company Joweba. He also said that they have tried reaching out to Joweba on multiple occasions, with no response from Joweba. He suggested I contact the BBB. HERE I AM! I have not been able to speak with anyone at the BBB, but this is a warning to everyone. This company is not legit. Be Careful !!!!!!!! I have filed a fraud dispute with my bank, I pray I can retrieve my money. I pray this warning helps everyone. Thanks
