I bought a puppy from Joycy Golden Retriever Homes and paid $750 for the dog and shipping. The dog supposedly was sent to Express Frigori Supreme Shippers Pet Delivery for shipping to California. The puppy was given a registration number of 05GR3287/4851CA. I was than contacted that we needed more shots due to Covid, so I paid an additional $1500 to Mr Frank Michaels D and he forwarded to Express Frigori Logistics. Than they emailed that I needed to purchase a pet insurance policy before shipping and that cost was $5500. They said if not paid quickly the dog would be considered abandoned and we would be liable for cruelty and abandonment. Again I sent money to Mr Frank Michaels D. The shipping company acknowledged receiving the funds. Then the shipping company emailed that due to the American Environmental Protection Agency and the customs of California that I needed to pay for a permit and city permit for the puppy to enter California. That amount was $3350 that we paid to Express Frigori Logistics. They said the dog was supposedly shipped to California with a tracking number of D-0935-4434 and supposedly arrived at John Wayne Airport to be home delivered. I have not received the puppy and they said they were shipping the puppy back to Oklahoma as abandoned and I will have to go to court. All fees were to be 100 percent refundable upon delivery of the dog per their emails and flyer. They contacted me again saying the problems were being worked on but no contact since. The shipping company has an International Pets cargo number 254972 vat no. IE8254972E. I also sent money via Zelle to Marcus Taylor at [email protected] in the amount of $500. Also, via Zelle I sent Donald Michaels $2500 to [email protected]. They are also using a name of Destiny Asokuarami with the email address of [email protected] for Zelle. The Logistics company phone number that was used is 405-504-2586. I had to take pictures of all the gift cards front and back to them. I have all the gift cards and receipts if needed and also the zelle confirmations from my banks.
