I bought 2 fajas it took about 3 and half weeks to deliver. I was not satisfied with the product and after days of back and forth with customer Servece they told me I. Amy return cause is consider underwear. This fajas do not have the support you need , they do not fit correct , the open space under is huge and super uncomfortable you can’t even wear it . Is NOT a Colombian Faja not even close to it . Sizes are not correct either . Don’t recommend I waste 80 dollars that will never recover

Hi JoyFaja promotes themselves out of Instagram and Facebook claiming they make and sell well made waist trainers n body suits. Yet once ordered they do not send products paid for. They don't reply by email, they send no confirmation of being processed or shipped just ordered. Then when you ask for help online they take you on a run around. Many women have not gotten their items. JOYFAJA IS A SCAM they don't even have a phone number or address. They stole money from me and I want it back but they won't refund me or send the items. It is illegal to steal from people. They should be shut down investigated and prosecuted for committing fraud. They are based out of Columbia but target the United States
