I was searching to buy a puppy. Came across several shih tzu sites. Filled out required "inquiry form" on "joyful" website, including my name, email, phone, and city/state/zip. Heard back right away via my email from Jeffrey Walker, then a conversation via text. Finally arranged the Zelle transfer of $600 on 6/16 (and he insisted on "screenshot of transaction" so he got my checking account number) and agreed to pick up Rocky on 6/18 midday, driving from San Antonio to his home in Houston (3hrs). Sent text 6/18 a.m. advising I would be there 1230 and he texts he is in Dallas doing paperwork, won't be home till 5- 6pm. Called 281-817-0452 and agreed I'd drive to Houston on Sat to pick up pup. Later Fri got text saying he was called out to California for his job and he'll ship the pup that night. Long texts resulting in him demanding $120. He created an urgent situation, staying I needed to transfer the $ "TODAY" cuz he wouldn't be back for a month. I requested a refund and he refused texting he had spent money on the paperwork. Rocky is still listed as available on his website, and filling out the inquiry form results in email from Jeffrey Walker with info on how to buy the pup.

I inquired about a puppy online & decided to investigate because it sounded too good to be true. Jeffrey Walker contacted me via text & email about my inquiry & proceeded with follow up questions that seemed legit to ask a purchaser. The dog below was presented as Rocky a male dog & extra adorable. I found a reported scam from yesterday & so thankful that I investigated more before sending any kind of payment so whoever you are that posted about this same website yesterday I truly appreciate you!! The person claimed it would be $600 for the puppy as well as $120 for shipping. Don’t fall for it people!! He even sent over other pics this morning & I called them out on being a scam!!
