Type of a scam Online Purchase
I had recently ordered the same nativity scene through a different site and was scammed by the product never being delivered (exact same situation where the tracking website claimed it had been delivered, but it never was). My aunt tried through this site instead, but immediately it seemed sketchy since the original company claimed they were based out of Texas, but her credit card was charged by a company in Dublin, Ireland, and then the tracking number said the product was dispatched from Shenzhen, China. The tracking site was also the exact same that was provided to me for my order on a different site (https://shakesoverti.com/; I've filed a separate report for my scam).
I have no idea if the two scams are linked, but it seems likely considering it was the exact same nativity scene, the exact same tracking website, and both orders indicated the product was dispatched from China. The links to the nativity scenes on both website were taken down after a few weeks and now the Shakesoverti and Risetor website are not opening for me. The Joysprig website is still active though. Hopefully you will be able to assist in identifying the company behind this and taking action.
