This is a complete scam website that looks totally legit and takes payment via Paypal. The website will provide an order number at the time of the order but you will not get any email communications about your order, either initial order acknowledgement or order status. If you order anything on this website, you will not receive it. Their primary contact email could not be delivered to so is worthless.

I lost $50 dollars to this website. Luckily Paypal did refund my money after contacting them about suspected fraud.
