Using PayPal, I purchased the item on this website: https://www.jpdesigno.com/20182019-wales-rugby-home-wru-supporters-shorts-white-...⇄ After making the online purchase, I never received an invoice. However, they have not sent me a confirmation email. I double checked everything on the my account page on the website. I sent an email to the customer service address listed on their website, but they told me they have no record of the purchase and their email had recently been stolen. Further, the website gives the impression that it is a Canadian company, yet apparently the payment has gone to someone in China. After lodging a complaint with PayPal, they claimed they shipped it to me, but have definitely done no such thing.
