After going to their website in Oct 2021, I put in for jersey for $79.99. Great price, too good to be true apparently. Their website also comes up under https://www.robinzstore.com/. After waiting two weeks, I sent an email to ask for status of shipping. No answer on that email or 10 other emails I sent. I called the phone number, sometimes it was no answer, sometimes it had a recording of disconnected. I am working on reporting this issue to the BBB and FTC.

I placed an order on December 26th. I still haven't received the item or a tracking number. They have a Google phone number which is never answered or working. I ordered a Jersey in Nov & they charged my credit card the same day but i never got a confirmation. I tried calling, but their number has been disconnected. I emailed them several times but never got a reply. I am disputing this with my credit card company because it is now January & i still haven't received anything.

I ordered 2 jerseys from this site and spent $150.00 on 12/06/21. Here it is 12/31/21 and still nothing has shipped. I disputed the charge with my bank and received my money back.

Their tracking and Google Maps locations do not match up to the bogus tracking number they provided. They have a Google phone number which is never answered or working. Only received a tracking number after telling them i would report them. The tracking number doesn't match their locations since it says Jamaica, NY and they are supposedly in Michigan.

The tracking number they sent only after I told i would report them shows jamaica, ny which doesnt match their so called address on the website.

Received damaged product, no response for resolution

Ordered a Jersey as a Christmas gift on November 2nd. After a month of no correspondence I received my product on December 4th. Upon inspection, I saw a large tear in the front and back of the jersey. I emailed support/Tom Raskad to include pictures and a request for a refund, stating that the product was supposed to be a Christmas gift and considering it took over a month to receive in the first place, I could not rely on them to send me a new one by Christmas. It's been 13 days now and no response, and no replacement. I filed a complaint with BBB however noticed they already had a rating of "F," so doubtful it will come to anything and I'll just be eating the money I spent as it's too late to put a stop payment on it through my bank.

I ordered a Women’s L size jersey and they sent me a junior size. I emailed the owner and sent a pic per request comparing it to a Women’s L jersey that my friend bought from a dept store. I simply wanted to return it but they know they scammed me and no response on taking it back. I reported Tom Raskad, this fraud to BBB and my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!

I was looking for some sports jerseys and came across this website and purchase two jerseys at the price of 7999 I am I give my information and I received a notification that my shipment was processed and they were waiting on you at USPS pick up I got two tracking numbers for each item and I haven’t received anything it’s really been since September 28 and apparently might shipment is still in Jamaica New York I tried contacting them by phone and It’s out of service and I tried emailing them as well and have not received any reply

searched for an nfl jersey to buy and one of the first sites that came up was 21estore.com. they had jerseys for $79.99, which was cheaper than nfl.com. when you buy, they charge your card but don’t send you anything. they also don’t respond to emails to the support email address.
