Ordered clothing off Judy Blue ad. Once order was placed it said it was from [email protected]. The shipping company has been www.618track.com and www.track718.com and I am unable to reach either site. The gemmiive site that I complain to always tells me its on its way, be patient, they will offer a 5% discount then a 10% discount. Its been nearly 3 months.

I viewed a Judy Blue advertisement in January 2024. However when I received my order confirmation I noticed the Jeans were coming from a company named Comfy Cargo Pants. Judy Blue is normally priced at $70.00 and the Item I received after almost a month is a cheap, counterfeit item worth $9.99 at best. Not only is the company stealing from Judy Blue, they are misleading the customer thinking they are getting the advertised product. Judy Blue was actually having a sale but they have nothing to do with Comfy Cargo pants. I sent and email stating I want a refund and the email I send bounces back with no response. Please advise.
