This company is operating falsely under the name of a popular denim brand. It tricks people into believing they are receiving name brand jeans at discounted prices. No product ever arrived and the tracking site they provided said that it was currently unavailable.. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was sent a long winded email with a fraudulent tracker. The tracking system provided no data as to where the package was shipped from or where it was currently located, like most trackers do. After a few more weeks, no package arrived. I contacted the company again and I was sent another fraudulent tracking screenshot that said the package had been delivered. They told me to check with my neighbors. After I informed them that no neighbors had my package and I wanted a refund they told me that they had contacted the logistics company and they rejected the claim for a refund. My only solution was for them to send me out a new package at no cost to me. At that point I told them that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I could to let everyone know that this company is a scam.
