The person, Julianne Chu, offered an apt for rent 38 S Judd St #II, and asking for money to secure the space: " pending viewing when it’s vacated so that you don’t lose it to another person? Securing it now will enable us take it off the market and avoid further inquiries about it. "

The person, Julianne Chu, offered an apt for rent, asking for a signed lease and $4200 sent to a Bank of America account number 898147228193 of Christine Robinson. Showed pictures. 444 Nahua, #1005. Before I sent funds, I checked again, on line, seeing different rental amount, and different contact. I called the new contact who said she was the legal owner, offering the apt for rent on apt.com. So I did not send the money. The person who claims to be the legal owner is Inna at 415 358 3860. Seems legit. Said she saw her apt advertised at a low rate on craigslist.
