Web site has 2 different names, Julia's and Kathy's. Texted them to ask to meet the puppies or tour facility to ensure they are not a puppy mill. They ignored request, told me they were in Vermont (not VA as phone number indicates). Price is too low for pug puppies, but they add on to all purchases for "shipping."

Any reputable breeder would let you meet puppy ahead of time, and they were evasive and weirdly sporadic with communication.

They are either a scam or a mill - either one is terrible.
