This is a HOAX! Don't waste your time.
We were told if we came to a 90 minute presentation for the travel club we would receive a 'complimentary voucher' for a 7 night cruise, airfare for two, a two night hotel stay, and a $100 gift card - even if we didn't sign up for the travel club. So, we thought we'd at least see what the travel club was all about.
My husband and I were at least smart enough to see that the vacation club offer was not a good deal at all, and judging from the other reviews it seems to be a scam. We stayed through the whole presentation and at the end they were really pushy and even got angry when we didn't want to sign up. When we asked for the cruise that was offered they gave us a packet with a 'promotional offer' for the cruise, hotel, and flight. They said the $100 gift certificate would be mailed to us, but so far nothing after 3 weeks. I noticed they were careful never to say it was free. However, they did use the word complimentary several times on the phone and in the presentation. (Complimentary = free, donated, courtesy, free of charge, on the house.) You have to send in a registration and pay 7.95, but that seemed reasonable. HOWEVER, when I read the fine print it was not 'complimentary' at all. Here are direct quotes from the packet: For Airfare/Hotel: "The registration is $100 and nonrefundable." "Plus a $99 per person processing fee." For the Cruise: "The registration activation fee of $75 is non refundable." "7 night cruises STARTING from $439 per person." This is for cruise fulfillment fee, port charges, and taxes.
That totals $1258.95 at a minimum for a 'complimentary' cruise vacation. Plus there are multiple stipulations such as when you can schedule the vacation among several other stipulations. It's not to hard to see that it would be nearly impossible to meet all those stipulations and actually book the cruise. Also, at the end of the fine print it says, "The fulfillment company reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time....All terms of this offer must be met or the offer will be void."
Also, since then we have had several phone calls and mailings from the company and also other companies providing similar offers, so I think they have sold our phone numbers and address to other companies.
