He then says, to receive the check, I must go to a local store to purchase (2) vanilla visa gift cards at $500 each. Since I have a spouse. In return, I will be given my prizes. He says that he is located in Columbia SC. But does have someone closer that can be at my house in 1hr 15min. I figured it was a scam, I told him that I didn't have that kind of money.
