Ordered Ceoerty Gum Shield Therapy Gel X 2 (1 piece $24.97) for a total of $49.94 on November 29, 2023. I was provided an order number. After 30 days, I reached back out to the provided email due to not receiving any product. Only an email address was listed as [email protected]. I was sent proof of a mailing label stating my product was returned back to their warehouse in Hong Kong. They stated that they would send me a request to pay $6 shipping charge via Paypal to resend the order. No request was ever received to have the product sent to me. I had moved into my new house location when I ordered this product - I've never had any return mail from FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal System as my home is directly located off a main road.
