Hi, i just purchase a new car on 10/16/2014 Nissan. I was looking on website to contact a text support team, who can help me with my radio. I found this website online, saying "Just asked" upon me texting the person it clearly say their would be a 5 dollar charge, it did not say anything about a higher charge or subscription, nor sign fees, nor saying your cc would be charge large amount after the call.

I tried several times to connect with someone very hard, website is not easy to navigate.

Speaking with people or robots or not answering questions, you cant get a straight answers,

Called customer care number, spoke to Jaime Park she canceled my membership that I DID NOT AGREE TO, and she also hung up on me when asked can i get an email of a receipt that was charge to my bank card, without my authorization to charge $39 to my card. She said she cannot REFUND ME!! and HUNG UP on me. She never did answers my question, as a customer who you falsely charged. So not professional.

Very dis please, misleading.
