I believe my home business is being used in a scam. I have had SEVERAL phone calls, emails and texts from people all over the country saying they have a charge on their credit card from my company and want it reversed because they did not purchase anything. They are correct that they didn't purchase anything as I have no sales. I don't know how they are getting my phone number (bank statement or google?), who they are, or WHO is using my business name to charge people's credit cards. I don't know what I can do so I direct them to contact the fraud dept at their bank as I do not have a sale from them or their credit card information. What can I do to stop this?????

I have received approximately 12 of these calls, texts, emails in the last year. 3 of them this week alone!
