On 5/5/23 I was reaching out to what I thought was Mayo Clinic for information regarding a recent diagnosis of cancer for my sister in Fla. this website was directly under the Mayo Clinic listing. I was in a chat to find out specific information since this was a rare form. They connected me with a psychologist named Dr. Tomm, and was told they would charge $1 for this so I entered my bank card info. As we spoke on the chat, he asked if I wanted to speak by phone & it would be $50 charge , I said no. On May 8th my account was charged $50 anyway and now my husband found another $50 charge to our account dated June 4th. I contacted Mayo Clinic and they said this is not affiliated with them at all, and the website has no phone number ,They claim an A+ rating with you , but this company preys upon people who a in distress needing health information by taking unauthorized payments.

I went online to get an answer to my question about ADA in Kauai. I saw that the price would be $5 so I put in my credit card and they charged $60 for the first month of service. Only had one question that the lawyer said go to the city....Really???? I did cancel and my credit card company helped me to get my money back. This is a scam and the company should have a rating of F.
