I had a problem with app looked up problem and add for Justask came up. Stated for 1$ you could ask question so I ask question via text used debit card for the $1 so I thought. Waiting for expert to answer question I looked at my account they had taken 1$ BUT also $46 iI did NOT approve of and was Not ask OR informed of a membership. Only $1 for a question. I’m 72 and cannot afford this or any membership to this co. Please help me get my $46 back. I have text them several time immediately after I saw charge for this. They texted someone will contact me. They stayed my membership is canceled but will not acknowledge $46 be returned.

Happened 11/24/22.
