Ordered 2 pair of leggings and a sports bra. Took 6 months to receive the leggings and never received sports bra. I wanted to return the leggings due to no bra. Told me to bad so sad. Have leggings in the packages they can have. Never received bra so ... Needing a full refund with return of their products. Never again.

Received confirmation of order & supposed to be shipping details (paid for faster shipping) in April 2021. Here it is January 31 2022 and still haven't received anything. I've been emailing "Sharon" who won't refund my money since July 2021. Every email response is "circumstances beyond control" BU****IT! Has stated that she would "expedite my request for refund to head office" so many times that I can't count. Also, the tracking number provided never existed. Total scam...

I ordered from them on December 17, 2021. My shipment was GUARANTEED to be here before Christmas. I emailed them several times, and at one point was told that the order had not even shipped yet. I kept on them and still no tracking number. I emailed them almost daily. I finally received "a" package on January 22, 2022. My order was short by one pair of leggings and the ones that I received look NOTHING like what I ordered. These were suppose to be Christmas gifts and nobody did a thing. I was told that: I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received your package.

I already sent this concern to our supervisor. Unfortunately, I still haven't received any response from them.

I will send another follow up to them to check on this.

I truly understand delays but this is way too much. I want my money back.

I placed 2 orders with this company. One for $89.65 and one for $59.91. I have been trying to contact them for my refund and return and Haven't heard anything back from them. Then I just found out from several posts all over Facebook that they are scammers

I believe that Justchou is a scam! I placed an order and they took my payment but as of 30 days now, I have not any messages of my item being shipped rather processed only. Well duh, I know it's processed because they took my payment! They keep sending me the same email about processing.

I spent over $100 on getting my items and I only got one thing in the mail and that was a dark blue shorts and I had ordered pants with the shorts never received in the mail and it has been two weeks since I have not gotten anything and I used my PayPal card to order I want my order or I will get my money back... I'm a very disappointed ☹️ person at this point

I'm having a weird problem not sure if it's complain worthy or not.. just confused... I ordered two pairs of leggings.. I did get them.. but the weird thing is the the transaction is not in my statements, also over a month later... We received another two pairs of leggings we did not purchase.. I still see no transactions in my accounts, so I don't know if they are secretly doing it, and I'm missing money which I don't know due to no trail of the transaction rather than in my email.. and I also can't find my first transaction on email or in my accounts.. the leggings I did purchase.. so definitely something tricky about thi.. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of it but just like u said there's no contact to reach them.. smelling scam.. and I can't even find out where these charges are. If they are toy account or not.. it's weird.. I mean I can't complain too much due to me at least recieveing the products.. but just not sure if second transaction was made on my account without authorization and can't find trace.

I aswell seen the FB ad and ordered some. I'm disputing my transaction with my bank to receive my money back. In hindsight the website looked fake only abt 10 items to order. Always go with your instincts people. FB should pay all of us back for allowing a fraudulent company to advertise on there app. They should check out a company, verify the legitimacy before doing business with crooks. Makes me think twice abt FB. Zach Zuckerberg I need my money back dam!

This site is a complete scam. They have plenty of advertisements on Instagram and Facebook so I purchased 5 pairs of leggings from them on the 05/15. I received an order number shortly after my purchase and the site said that I should receive my tracking number in about 3-5 business days. I added a few days to that due to Covid-19 for their sake and kinda forgot about it. When I realized 2 weeks later that I hadn't gotten a tracking number I started looking for a customer service number, with no luck I started fearing the worst. So I began looking for an email or a chat person when I found the help email I've was given very generic information that came directly from the fine print which didn't make sense because I had already told the woman that I hadn't received anything when "the fine print" said i would. I then demanded a full refund since the order hasn't been processed (there's no tracking number so there's no fulfilled order yet) and she never responded. I've since then sent 2 other emails that have not been responded to I spent 70$ with them for them to only take my money.

This place is nothing but scammers and they are full of [censored]. I do NOT recommend this sight at all. They are not a company but individuals getting your information and and using it for other things.
