I placed an online order and never received an order confirmation. After about a week I contacted them to find out if they received it. They said could not find it. I sent them a copy of my credit card charge. They then said they had it and sent it to me, but it was not what I ordered. I told them my order and they said my order must have gotten lost, so they were sending another. They sent me a confirmation but it still was not what I ordered. I never received my order and after weeks of back and forger emails, they “found” my order but still did not send it. I got very frustrated after they told me that they didn’t have any kind of promotion which was on my order, so I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I would not order anything from these people. They don’t know what they are offering and just want to charge for product that they never ship out. Very negative experience because they are a scam.
