I found a website selling Wnglish bulldog puppies from Michigan. The mans name was Paul. I sent a text asking if he still had the puppies available and he said no but his in-law has 2 for sale. I contacted the in law( Justin Erik) and he said he had one puppy left. Sent pictures and videos of him, said to pay for the dog through Zelle and he will ship the dog to me from Texas in the next few days. He did not ship the dog, got mad and upset when I asked for information of the dogs plane ticket, and what airlines he was using. He told me he had to send me a code from the website “hoobl” to register the dog to be able to ship. But this website is not for registration for dogs to ship, it’s a site to buy and sell dogs. I believe the code he wanted was to release the money I sent to him. I’m out $710 and he will not refund me back.
