Total scam. Hundreds maybe thousands of posts on Just Lyne social media from people who never received what they ordered (including me). They do not answer complaints or provide updates. I ordered on Dec 7th and was told 4-8 business days to ship but the product was never made, shipped, or delivered and it’s Dec 28th.

Placed order 11/27/23. Received email confirmation, said 4-8 business days for proof. Followed up on 12/9/23 (9 working days). They replied that holidays would take 1-2 weeks for proof. I replied on 12/14/23 that it was already 9 business days and on 12/16/23 that it was 3 weeks without a proof. Also sent an IG message. I requested expedited service for a proof and free expedited shipping to arrive before Christmas. No reply yet.

Put out social media add to make custom sweatshirts. Took orders and never sent any design or created a product. Will not respond to any messages but continuously deleting all of the social media comments with all of the people saying the same thing.
