Wig scam

When will I ever learn? Ordered from link in Facebook. Recieved it one month later. The hair is plastic! The color is pretty in front but ugly in the back! It is nothing like the picture that caught my eye! I’m returning for refund.

I purchased a wig from this company and it was not as advertised. It looked nothing like the picture advertised. When I received the wig is was horrible. So fake I can't believe how bad it was. I emailed them I was dissatisfied and ask for a refund. They refused and said it would cost me more to return it than the refund. However, they said I could purchase another on at 40% off. I found this ad on Facebook and I will try to warn anyone I see posting that they are about to buy their product. This is a SCAM and needs to be called out. How can I make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am going to report this to Facebook as well. I lost $45.00.

They say on Facebook that they are out of New York, but I think the wigs are made overseas, perhaps China.

JUSTZOZO sells wigs and advertises on FaceBook and other media sites. I ordered a wig, paid $49 and was "guaranteed" a 5-7 day delivery. I ordered on February 3rd. I contacted JUSTZOZO on February 15th and 23rd and March 3rd. Response was a form letter. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but I never receive any response to my request. JUSTZOZO seems to be a scam to take money from people who need wigs after chemo therapy.
