Scammed by Juul Online Sales

I placed an order on their website, and sent them a bitcoin payment November 22, 2021 for the purchase amount of $309.96 US. They never acknowledged receiving the payment (it definitely went through to the account address they provided), and I never received my order nor heard from them again. I have reported the fraud to the authorities, and have opened a case file against Juul Online Sales.

I ordered several pods on the website (it had a minimum $150 purchase). I received a text, first telling me they could waive the $30 shipping charge, then asking me to send the funds via Zelle and was given account information. I sent the funds and per their request sent them a screenshot. I later asked for tracking information and have followed up by text, phone, and email numerous times, no one has responded. I tried ordering 2 other times and got texts from different numbers, all saying it was from “Blake Crawford at Juul Online Sales”. I tried calling the number, it was a Google voice number and no one answered. I also tried the phone and WhatsApp number on the website, no answer. Same with the chat on the website. This appears to be a very sophisticated operation, I hope they can be tracked down and stopped.
