When you go to order this product from JuvaSkinCreme.com as a sample, they redirect you to another page and when you try to go pass all the extras, serum, toner, Vit C and creme, it adds it anyway, without you knowing until you have approved your card charge which you don't see your total. It is all done so fast you don't know what's happening till you see the charge on your bank account for $55. I called 10 mins after purchase and they would not refund my money. When I received the product there are 4 different numbers. They state that there is a no return no refund policy, but it does not state that anywhere on the site, that, by the way cannot be found.

This is a scam and a ripoff!!!
