Offered me a deal to fix my deck using both lumber and vinyl decking. Included very detailed descriptions of dumpster for demolition, exactly how the deck would be fixed etc. Started sending many texts of a romantic nature. Kept asking for money to be etransfered so he could buy supplies. Always an excuse when I asked about the vinyl. It's being cut in Vancouver and the company will advise when they are sending a truck to Vancouver Island. The start date was always "next week ". He kept up the romantic texts and then completely disappeared. Did not reply to phone calls or texts. This is now over a month and I'm out my money and still have no work done on my deck. I am unable to reach him as are others I've asked to contact him. I do not have an address, only phone and email.
