I ordered an outfit on this website for $45.99 on may 9th, 2024. On may 12,2024 I received an email that the order had shipped to me. On may 28, 2024 I received an email that my order had not been delivered due to insufficient address. I have many items ordered to my online to my door and have never once had an issue receiving anything. I placed a service request to USPS about my order being returned to sender. They said unfortunately they had already shipped it back to sender. I emailed sender and asked if they could please reship my items to the address provided and they informed me that they could not do that, nor could they refund me. Essentially I was not receiving my items or a refund. I asked again why they could not send me items that I paid for or at least refund me, especially since they were receiving the original product back. I luckily was able to dispute this transaction with my bank and receive my money back through them; but jwears customer service stopped responding to me and never resolved our issue. I’m reporting this business because I do not want this to happen to anyone else, as I know many of us work hard for our money and this is unacceptable.
