Once he deposits the checks, it is very difficult to get hold of him. To avoid speaking with the victims, he has made up a stories such as: he has Covid, he is out of state for a funeral, the stolen property was borrowed.
Mr. Wubker business card shows a residence in Salem AR, but he actually lives elsewhere.
Mr. Wubker has a forged contractors license which he will present to potential customers (reported to the State Contracting Board).
